Toddlers and Twos Group

Pre-school Group
Mon - Fri 08h00 till 13h00
- Children can be dropped off from 07h00.
- Please note that the school day finishes promptly at the above times, thereafter After-care rates apply.
- Parents who have a child in the Toddlers group and one in any of the other groups must make arrangements to fetch their children at the respective home times. They are also welcome to wait in the front garden of the school for the older children.
- The After-care service is available until 17h30.
- Please note that the school is closed on all public holidays.
Morning Star Montessori follows the Gauteng provincial school terms, however the start and end term days may vary for practical purposes. All parents will receive a calendar detailing school terms and activities well in advance.
The term dates for 2010 are as follows:
Term 1 13 Jan to 24 March
Term 2 14 April to 9 June
Term 3 14 July to 22 September
Term 4 6 October to 1 December
A fun holiday school programme is run during part of most school holiday periods. Due to the different staffing and planning requirements for toddlers and pre-school children, we are not able to accommodate children under 3 years' old and children who are not fully potty trained.
For holiday school to function, a minimum of six children is required to be pre-booked on each day since there are always at least two teachers in attendance.
